Dawn Felgate
Dawn graduated from Durham University in 1999 with a BA degree in Archaeology. She then continued to do a post graduate diploma in Heritage Education. Subsequently, she was involved in developing a Teachers Pack based on the National UK Curriculum for Key Stage 2. It was this that ignited her interest in teaching and she began her early years PGCE in 2001. Dawn has a keen interest in travelling and in History, and has worked in schools in both South America and the U.A.E. She has eight years experience in international education in both Sharjah and Dubai, and she is looking forward to her new role as a foundation stage teacher at Jumeira Baccalaureate School.
Jan Roulston Jan started her career as an early years teacher in the UK, where she qualified at the University of Leicester, followed by postings in Hong Kong, Australia and South East Asia. She has held a number of positions of responsibility, including Grade Leader at the British International School of Jakarta and the Alice Smith School in Kuala Lumpur. She joins JBS from JESS Ranches where she taught in Grade 1 and Foundation 2 and was the Primary Art Coordinator.
Hind Blenkinsopp Hind Blenkinsopp has twelve years experience ranging from domestic elementary and secondary schools in Jordan to teaching positions at international schools in the UK and UAE where she found her real passion for teaching at primary school level. She graduated from the University of Bombay with a Master of Arts & Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. During her studies Hind volunteered for the Jindal Literacy Camp which was set up to aid illiterate people in India. Hind enjoys working in a multicultural environment and cycling and swimming in her spare time.
