We are pleased to inform you that transport registration for the Academic Year 2026/2027 has now commenced.
The registration link is provided below:
The last date for registration for both returning and new students is 15 August 2026. Applications received after this date will be processed only after 10 September 2026, and seat allocation will be subject to availability.
We would like to draw your attention to the following important updates for the upcoming academic year:
• Transport fees have increased by AED 80-100 per month. Since quite a few years, increases in fuel prices, staff costs, maintenance expenses, and regulatory compliance costs without revising fees. Despite these continued increases, we have kept the revision to a minimum in order to maintain the high standards of safety and service expected by our parents and schools.
• Transport fees will now be payable in three terms instead of two, providing greater flexibility and making payments easier and more manageable for families.
• Our Refund Policy has been revised. Refunds will now be applicable only for unused future terms. Once a student is registered for a term, the full fee for that current term will apply from the month of registration and will be non-refundable.

Transport FAQs
Are all ages allowed to ride the bus?
All students can ride on the bus.
Will I be able to contact the bus driver and/or bus assistant?
Drivers are not available by phone while driving the scheduled routes. However, the bus assistant can be contacted in case of an emergency.
Will it be possible for my child to have a different pick up in the morning and drop of in the afternoon or vice versa?
Yes, it is possible provided there are seats available on the required route and the pickup and drop off remain constant for the most part of the academic year. The stops need to be clearly mentioned on the school bus transportation form.
Will I be able to make changes on a day-to-day basis if I need to pick up my child early?
Students may be picked up early from school, provided the transport company has been informed by the school’s transport coordinator.
What if the school schedules early release days?
The school will liaise with the bus company to accommodate changes in timings.
What about Professional and Parent Conference Days?
Bus transport will not be available during all-school Professional Days. However if the Secondary school has a regular school day and the Primary school is closed for students due to Professional Days or Parent-Teacher Conference, the regular bus transport for Secondary students will be available.
What about bad weather days such as sandstorms?
Parents will be informed by the school if delays, early release or cancelled school days apply.
When is payment due?
The first payment is due by the first day of school for the September to December term. The second payment is due by 1 January for the January to June term. You will be billed directly by the service provider.
Is there a discount for siblings?
There is no siblings discount for the school bus transport services.
Will there be a refund if I need to cancel the school transport services?
Yes, if a child withdraws from the service, you will be eligible for a refund for any months which have not been used; eg. if the child withdraws in mid-October, a refund will be issued for the months of November and December.
